I’m in agreement. When you restrict yourself too tightly, you will likely have a problem. Just cut back, and enjoy that occasional food. Just make sure it’s occasional. Depriving yourself gets into your psyche, and messes with you.

That’s for sure.
We make sure to get our exercise in every day, rain or shine, summer or winter. Honestly, it’s a lot easier in the bitter cold than it is in the overbearing heat. I’m not sure why.
It’s why I remain living in north country...it’s a lot easier to heat one’s self up than cool one’s self down.
