I got “vacuous” from Megyn Kelly and thought it was the perfect descriptor, Kamala Harris is an empty vessel full of nothing platitudes. Got “incoherent” and “dumb” from John Kobylt on KFI in Los Angeles.
“Stupid” perfectly sums up this woman as well.
