In old times, I never understood players slapping each other the side of the head after a play.

Eventually they’ll ban football, if they refuse to change the rules.

Heard today that Brett was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's.
Still not forgiving him. I and many of my friends watched his 'retirement' announcement (we were in TEARS!) and then the b@stard left GB, came OUT of retirement and went to play for The Vikings?!?!? Why not just stab us in the HEART on your way out the door?
Yeah. I don't wish you a physical illness, but you were a sh*t to us Green Bay Packers fans/owners. Jerk.

Or on the rump. I had a friend do that to me ‘once’. I told him he’d be laid out if he ever did it again. ( PTSD from childhood?)

Favre is a good guy. Loved him as a Packer. Hugely entertaining.

Personally, I think he should have gotten an Oscar for “There’s Something About Mary”.

They’ve already changed it so much it is practically touch football now. Where have you been the last 10 years?

That WAS a cute movie, and a totally unexpected cameo. I love him and yet, I still hate him!!
It’s like he’s my ex-husband, LOL!

They should go ahead with Jack Lambert’s suggestion and make quarterbacks wear dresses.

I would truly hope that some how, some way, someone would be able to detect CTE in its early stages, while the person is still alive!

After Brett Favre’s 1000 Concussions,I don't buy it.
He was a traditional passing quarterback.

I saw him being interviewed on Jesse Watters last week. He seemed kind of out of it. I knew something was going on. I always remember when he played that MNF game against my Raiders on the same day his father had died. It was an unbelievable performance. I hope he does the same thing against Parkinson’s.

They used to go after the QB. Only in the past 10 years, the league is starting to do more to protect the QB.
