Bad fats lead to small LDL instead of big puffy ones.

Consequently, they do not have sufficient surface area to transport things as they were designed to do.

No seed oils. Just good real fats.

And ratios also. My LDL level is very high. But my HDL is extremally low. The ratio of those puts me in a lower than average risk for heart disease.

Doc wanted to put me on a statin. When I explained this to him he appeared to be clueless about the ratios of the types of cholesterol.
