It's an apt designation. There's a reason NATO didn't name it, e.g., "Warm Puppy."
Putin's Russia is a hostile country. I am glad that it now has (at least) one "Satan" missile less.

Silliness. Our ICBM is the Minuteman, B-36 was the Peacemaker, our MX was the Peacekeeper, SAC was “Peace is our Profession (as Powers and LeMay were pushing for a first strike)... And the Russians is named after Samaritans.

It’s retarded, and nobody falls for that kinda thing anymore. And as for them being hostile, yeah, when you rebuff every hand of friendship, screw with them, try to overthrow their government, surround them with a hostile alliance, fan the flames of nazism that did so much damage to them.... and then they are somewhat “hostile”.
