She has glided into her position as Presidential candidate and she is totally unprepared for the job. Which BTW is why she laughs (kackles, actually) at questions.

She knows she is so far in over her head that she doesn't have the slightest idea how to answer questions.

Not that she doesn't try at times to speak. We all know she tries because she produces gibberish with great regularity.

She wants the job of President because, like Mt. Everest, it's there. She hopes someone can carry her if she wins...but she is scared spitless.
