More and more folks driving w/o a license these days. Hopefully this one is at least citizen.
Last month I went to a nearby Dollar General. In front of me to check out were a mom and what I took to be her 10-12 year old daughter. When I paid and went back to my truck I noticed that the mother and daughter were leaving the parking area. The 10-12 year old daughter was driving a large SUV. I looked hard to make sure of what I was seeing. The junior daughter was definitely driving, and mom was in the front passenger seat.
