I believe this has now been confirmed as fake news.

And the "fake news" denials by the government can be trusted? They are very carefully parsed.

A bomb dog alerted on something that was out of place in an area where it should not have been (a car). A person ran away from that place and has not been named or apprehended. No explosives were found.

Not exactly "fake news". Not exactly reassuring either. I would call it a test of the security system by presumably hostile forces. A false alarm. This time.

My mistake on that last point. Police have detained a "suspect" for questioning.
