This has been happening at Wright Patterson for decades. I remember getting an award from the commander of Wrigt Laboratory as a contractor and that was a BFD at the time. I got a dime an hour pay cut and saw my “company” health insurance contribution increase 160 dollars a month. AMF, lol.
And they promote a work culture where the work goal is a “process” not outcome. This is now true for all technical work in government.
