I care. I care for your right not to have a government agency justify means to go after terrorists that compromises your right to life and be free of injury. I care about your right to not become a casualty because someone else came up with a plan that removed target verification for the sake of expediency.

I care that while terrorists go boom, so do innocent civilians.

As for crying to Allah, I also care that no one targets you because you happen to be standing next to someone who follows a creed that the targeter doesn't agree with.

It is unacceptable to have rules of engagement for a civilization that follows no rules. The rule in such a civilization is to kill all males (ALL) and females over 8 years old. Leave all girls under age 8. When they grow up, provide husbands for them from the conquering culture.
