I’m with you, had to see the black gal about having my car retreived at the Hospital, after 20 min and 3 black customers having received their cars, went up to the window and asked how much longer, she says well it takes time.
Another 3 black customers get their cars and the gal takes a break I go back up to the window and found out they hadn’t even sent anyone for the car!
