Yep, Lennon first heard them after buying their album Rock Lobster in the Bahamas on vacation. He went gaga over the album because the 52 girls at the end of the song Rock Lobster reminded him of Yoko’s style of screeching when she sang. When he got back to New York he told Yoko that her time had come and it’s time to get back in the studio.
