The only people that are winning in this war is the Military Industrial Complex and Pols accepting their blood drenched campaign cash. I believe you are mistaken. The big winner in this war is China. Their two major geopolitical opponents, Russia and the USA with allies, are expending material (and men for Russia) while China benefits from cheap Russian oil, and Russia becomes dependent on Chinese tech.
The Chinese have a saying for this strategy: "Sitting on a mountain, watching two tigers fight".
