She was fixed after 5 litters, and the local Facebook is constantly populated with posts by caring cat protectors, who are apprehensive about a cat being outside. Yet if Loli's (cat's name - which she ignores) offspring have the same predator drive as mom - if let out to roam - then they would be a benefit to the city, versus being kept inside, and usually overweight (Loli is not very lean herself).
