“If you try to enter, we will press charges for violation of expectation of privacy.”

If that was my house, they’d be out in 24 hrs or less. “Expectation of privacy”, my backside. First, their legal claim: BS. I would just as well beat them senseless and claim they’re lying about it as there would be no witnesses. My claim is just as valid as theirs. Face it. Our society has fallen. We have to fix things ourselves.

You would be the one paying a very high fine and likely jail time. Oh and please, never, ever, ever try to act as your own attorney.
