Chinese Banks and Financial Institutions are now refusing to release cash payments which has resulted in Russian businesses encountering cash flow problems.
In addition Chinese companies only want to make a receive payments in Chinese Yuan and this has resulted in a Liquidity Crisis in Russia and led to a huge increase in costs.
