No. As a medic who has participated in life saving ambulance calls I can tel you that CPR and cardioversion is violently proactive in achieving change in medical status

It is a very inaccurate attempt at an analogy.

You may be a medic, but you don't seem to understand this simple commandment.

All I can do is ask you to consider opening your heart to Jesus so that he can explain to you that bringing the Gospel to an unbeliever for the purpose of conversion would be far greater than performing CPR.

The Gospel is about saving an eternal life.

I am reminded of Matthew 13:13, where Jesus speaks of willful blindness:

"Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand..."
The idea here reflects the human tendency to close one's eyes to spiritual truths because of stubbornness, contentiousness, disbelief, or a refusal to open one's heart and mind to God's message.
