I still think Trump should open up Drilling Under The Heading of National Security interests. Put refineries on closed military bases and allow refining without Federal Regulations or interference. I was convinced he should have done this 4 years ago but after the last four I think it is imperative we would build our strategic Reserves and remove the government as consumers from our commercial oil industry

I'm convinced President Trump is fully aware of the mistakes he has made in his first term and will not repeat them and will correct the mistake of keeping people he shouldn't have and replace those with people correct for the position.

I had the same thought regarding Dubya as well.

HE should have made changes he didn't.
