Energy should be plentiful and cheap, then we can deal with most anything, from pleasant homes to indoor gardening, even powered awnings and powered canopies, whatever people need requires cheap and plentiful energy, something the left has fought for at least 60 years.
Sixty years of war against cheap, plentiful energy, generations of it, decades of it, more than a half a century of it, think where America’s cities and homes and factories and manufacturing would be today if nuclear energy had been adopted and competed/supplemented with natural gas and coal for the last 60 or 70 years.

I have thought about this many times myself. I can just imagine where we would be if we had invested in reliable nuclear power rather than throwing away trillions of dollars over the last half century in wasteful “green energy” projects.
