I remember a posted picture during the election of the counters opening a package from China (kanji on the shipping label), and I was able to translate enough to see 50,000 (or was it 500,000, can't remember.. would have to find the pic again) ballots printed on it.

(Japanese and Chinese are different, but there are enough similarities to at least get that out of it.)

I always suspected the “med supplies” that Gruesome Newsom received from ChyNah, as being printed and/or pre-filled ballots.
