not sure, but the following article from 2018 discusses two dyes that were developed that bind specifically to cancer cells. So my guess would be to incorporate aminocyanine molecules into those dyes if they are not already a component:

To destroy the microbe, an oscillation is applied at a frequency that matches the virus resonance frequency. By applying sufficient amplitude, the virus spike is stretched and creates a hole in itself. This causes the virus protein wall to fracture and expel its content. The virus is destroyed. It should be noted that the microbes are totally destroyed, ending any possibility of surviving by mutating.
Surrounding cells vibrate at a different frequency and are not affected by the treatment.
