Five gallons of napalm weighs 30 pounds not including the container. Drones that will carry 30 pounds are huge, far more sophisticated and cost many, many thousands of dollars.
They’re Ukrainian, not Russian. When I first saw the video some hours ago, I was horrified. But those thermite armed drines are not as bad as they look:
