I have read about moringa and a friend even sent me a small jar of the dried leaves and I need to make tea and see what happens. It has many uses and the leaves can be eaten as a vegetable. I tried when living in HI when I heard that Filipinos ate it. I cooked it wrong and it was insanely bitter. The tree grows very quickly and well in tropical and sub-tropical climates. Has lots of nutrition.
I’m using a liquid extract that was purchased at Amazon. Take one dropper, about 1/4 teaspoon mixed in about 4 oz of water.
Yes, it’s full of nutrients with about 100 different vitamins and minerals. The claims for moringa seem way over the top and I’ve read that the six doctors that were in that plane crash in south America were going to a conference to reveal their findings on moringa. It sounds like a marketing ploy, but after a month of taking it I’ll see what happens.
I think Moringa grows in the desert also. A lady at our farmers market sells a high quality Moringa powder that I add to my smoothies. I ran out and am waiting for the fall market to start so I can pick up some more.
