The Lebanons have a lot to lose. It is a way more advanced place than the rathole slum of Gaza. The Israelis are giving them the opportunity to shake off the Hezbollers and the Iranian money that comes in via disguised commercial flights. They do have a civil gummint, more or less, in place that could function to get along with Israel instead of letting themselves be used as a source of cheap shots.
And they are a natural born tourist trap that could be used to finance an actual modern economy. They have very few days to make up their mind. The IDF just used 60 ground penetrators to take out Hezzy HQ. They can get the rest, no problem. If they want to save their axxes they need to start throwing the rockets out into the streets, from all the homes they’re stored in. Anything less than that and it will be goodbye for about half a century. That 80,000 or so Israelis who are displaced from their houses along the Lebanon border are losing patience. Bibi will, if not already, have a blank check to back up the Lebanese clear to Turkey..
It’s their choice. We’ll soon see how smart they are?

That would be a very good move for Lebanon and they could get their nation back from the occupying boot of Hezbollah. It wasn’t that long ago that Beirut was called the Paris of the Middle East, but then the French went ahead and ruin their Paris.
