Yes I remember that event. I’ll give Matt credit that Johnson is definitely better than McCommie in a RINO coat. Johnson isn’t as treacherously slippery as McCarthy was/is and Matt deserves credit for that part which is good. I find it hard to believe even you would have wanted McCarthy to have continued the insulting “Big Club and You Ain't Ini It” business as usual.
In my opinion, we should have left the speakership vacant. It would have halted all the uniparty spending bills raiding our treasury and that would have been catastrophic for the all the uniparty, deep state bad actors. I believe Jeffries threatening to run to recapture the speakership with the help of RINO crossovers was a giant game of “Chicken” and a maneuver to force the Republicans to put someone up so the democrats would continue to say that the other side was responsible for the economy, blah, blah, blah and insured at least some of what the RATS wanted continued to flow.
The problem with all, but the original 20 Republicans during McCarthy’s original rounds of voting for the speakership (including Gaetz) is that, they have all been captured by the democrats through corruption, greed, whatever. That was what was on display then. It’s what was on display again when McCarty was tossed and the failure to fill the seat was once again prolonged.
I didn’t miss that show and I won’t allow myself be manipulated by the DS RINO contingency to stop supporting someone like Gaetz. You can’t gain a majority if we keep creating the circular firing squads for the ones who continue to fight for us, even if they make some mistakes along the way.
No one is our perfect champion but at least Gaetz KNOWS HOW TO FIGHT.
My choice was Kash Patel👌 Plenty of House experience, no nonsense.
