Makes sense!
Alton is rarely wrong. I miss those shows. The Food Network used to have a nice variety. Now it’s down to the same show 5 hours in a row.

When your house cat gets bored..
dress in a shark costume, and chase a duckling while riding a Roomba?

Been thinking about you today..
I went down to South Portland today and
hung out with my brother for a few hours.
I-95 runs along the coastline, and it was so
calm today, that you could see the reflections
of the tall buildings in the water.
There are also huge outcroppings of granite that
had huge waterfall like icicles running down the
face of the outcroppings, and lit them up like
frozen rainbows.
I love it when something that ordinary can look
so spectacular sometimes!
I wish that I had brought my camera with me!
Spent the rest of the afternoon browsing in the
new humongous Barns and Noble Bookstore.
Do you love poking around in bookstores?
We topped it off with some great coffee and we
each had a delicious Cranberry Orange muffins!
When we got to the checkout, Robert bought the
two books I had chosen for me!!
A very fun and relaxing day!

Some sad news.
Washington: 20 Sanctuary Cats Tragically Die After ‘Contracting Bird Flu’
"A wildlife sanctuary in Washington state suffered the loss of 20 big cats due to the bird flu virus, the sanctuary announced, calling the deaths a heartbreaking “significant loss.”
"A Bengal tiger, four cougars, two Canada lynx, four bobcats, five African servals, a Amur/Bengal tiger, an African caracal, a Eurasian lynx, and a smaller Geoffroy’s cat are among the now-deceased felines as a highly pathogenic avian influenza, known as the bird flu, has spread across the U.S. through poultry flocks and dairy herds."

A friend came to visit and to do odd jobs for me and my dad. [He told me to prioritize a list and put everything on it that I wanted. Whew doogie, I surely did!] Anyway, he brought me a Christmas gift. Lookie here!

The book is gorgeous pictures from the first term.
