I think you posted to me earlier in the month.
I had proposed bipolar affective disorder (old term manic depression).
The easily triggered enthusiastic laughter and the sparkling eyes (unless by contacts) are symptoms.
Catherine Zeta Jones, Patty Duke, Ernest Hemingway, Ted Turner, Brian Wilson, Frank Sinatra, Mike Tyson, Kurt Cobain, Kanye West, Ray Davies (of the Kinks) and allegedly Jimi Hendrix who wrote Manic Depression after being told by associates he seemed to have it.
To comply with longstanding rule on FR:
Catherine Zeta Jones

A person can have multiple disorders, and usually does.
Her inability to work with her employees is another important symptom.
Bipolar disorder also imitates the symptoms a person goes through during the cleansing process in a spiritual awakening.
I do not see her having a spiritual awakening... but Hemmingway and many famous authors went through this. Hemmingway also was an alcoholic. I spent a day at his house in Key West and learned about his life. Very interesting character.
