I listened to a few minutes of the video you linked. He is mainly speaking of regular schizophrenia, not hebephrenic schizophrenia.
Before I posted this, I asked my wife about it. She is an MD, Board Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology with over thirty years on the Medical School Faculty.
She shared several case characteristics she encountered over the years of clinical practice. The “happy drunk” appearance is very common. The degree or severity of symptoms can vary a lot between cases.
PS. My wife needs a shrink as she is a Harris supporter. We do not talk politics during dinner. 😁
So do you for marring her
I have no doubt Harris has some kind of personality disorder. Sorry your wife is a Harris supporter, but there is hope; for about the first 5 or 6 years of our marriage, my husband and I never discussed politics, as he was a lifelong democrat, and breaching the subject would result in an argument. His eyes were opened when he was offended by something he was listening to on his favorite NPR station, and, addicted to talk radio, he began to listen to his only alternative at the time, conservative radio. He was shocked that he actually agreed with the views he was hearing. He’s been a conservative ever since.
