I tend to believe your comments. I have a first cousin with personality oddities. A recent discussion with a high functioning autistic person now leads me to believe that’s what she is.
Many people with personality oddities are often misunderstood as intentionally acting out when in fact something else could be going on.
Regardless of what Harris is, she is unfit to be President, whether she has a personality disorder or not. Biden has obvious medical issues and never should have been sElected in the first place.
The Democrats will do whatever they think promotes their agenda the best, and they will keep pushing Harris.
This does not appear to be PBA, or laughing disorder. I’ve been around people with this disorder and it is very evident with the loud uncontrollable laughter.
What Is PBA?
“If you have been diagnosed with a neurologic condition or brain injury and have noticed changes in your crying and/or laughing, you may be experiencing Pseudobulbar Affect (PBA).
PBA is a medical condition that causes crying and/or laughing that is sudden, frequent, uncontrollable and is exaggerated or doesn’t match how you feel.

Personality disorders are formal classifications that are set apart from disorders involving psychosis, i.e. schizophrenia. IOW, people with personality disorders, no matter how severe, are not psychotic. Ok, Schizotypal Personality Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder can resemble a mini schizophrenia in some ways but still not considered psychosis.
