Every McDonald’s that’s ever existed in the United States has collected Social Security contributions from its hourly employee. If Commie-La was a McDonald’s employee, it’d be in the Social Security records.

Exactly right. It is a law for every business except for contracts on a 1099. The self employed have to pay in double. 50% as an employee and match 50% as their own employer. The one tax you cannot hide from in any way is Social Security.
