After being shafted by his party, Biden owes them nothing. He could turn over the keys to Trump and thumb his nose at the Obamas, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer. This could be his ultimate revenge on his party: declaring that his staff will aid in the orderly transition from his administration to the next.

Means nothing. Both Biden's need to openly support Trump on the day before the election provided Trump's a sure winner beforehand. Stab them in the front. That way Trump can pardon Hunter after a couple of years exile in another country. I'm sure Joe thinks more highly of the Kennedy legacy than he does the hard left. It would also do a lot to straighten out the party but TDS overrules everything.

I don’t think Joe Biden has done many things right in his 52 year Washington career and doubtful he’ll start now. He will do exactly what his handlers tell him to do.

If he did that, they’d call Biden to testify at Hunter’s tax evasion trial.

Joe had more than a few moderate positions on issues throughout his 50 years. It didn’t have to end with the hard left discarding him after he was no longer of use to them. Trump could point out how it’s the same way they treat blacks now that the illegals have arrived.

I agree. If Trump wins, I think it’s far more likely that Biden tries to poison the well on his way out the door (i.e., by openly calling for marches and riots and resistance against the new administration) than doing the right thing.

Who needs a plan or strategy when you have Trump to hate 24-7? They ALL would like to bulldoze Mar-A-Lago and salt the ground upon which it stands. They would erase the Trump name from the Internet and swipe a black Sharpie across the name “Trump” in every library history book in America if given a chance.

Wow, this is just stupid. Biden hates Trump. In spite of what is likely Biden’s desire for revenge, I’d bet that Biden doesn’t seek revenge through Trump.

“He will do exactly what his handlers tell him to do.”

I think that, at this point, what Jill tells him to do has more sway that what Obama tells him to do.

Since the SCOTUS is 6R-3D, if Trump wins the EC, it is likely that the SCOTUS would rule against any attempt to thwart the Senate blocking Trump.

Once Roberts swears in Trump, it is over.

I think Biden is waiting for the election to be over before pardoning everyone in his family against any and all crimes. Sort of a blanket pardon like Nixon got.

Separately, he may issue himself a blanket pardon, and, as a back-up, bet that he is too infirmed to be charged after leaving office. It will likely be challenged to the SCOTUS, and Trump will have to live with the results of that decision.

While I am not a lawyer, I think a POTUS can pardon himself since the Constitution doesn’t specifically prohibit it.

Visceral.

Biden’s hatred for Trump: At least he knows where the Donald is coming fro.
Backstabbers are more treacherous and they hurt more.

Biden isn’t going to lift a finger to help Trump. He hates Trump, and the Democrats must have offered Joe some tasty pot-sweeters if he stepped aside. Still, as is often the case, there’s friction between the president and vice president, and the Bidens may have some passive aggressive responses to Harris. He won’t go far out of his way to help her.

Biden is an Alzheimers patient, a dirty, corrupt life-long politician, and a pure figurehead, controlled by those around him and the DC deep-state - from the moment he wakes in the morning until he goes to bed at night

He will indeed do exactly as he is instructed.

The smart move for Biden is to cut a deal under the table with Trump. Biden, the Big Guy, has to worry about being prosecuted for his many years of selling influence. The Democrats are unlikely to do this because it would open too many secret doors leading back to members of their own party, but suppose Trump wins. Biden could aid Trump in return for a pass on all that. Biden’s contribution to Trump would have to be substantial, and, for the benefit of both sides, no one could ever know of it

The Dems and their media have to much on Biden for him to go rogue. He knows they would destroy him. That’s why he abandoned his re-election bid.

Trump would have to make an offer Joe can’t refuse.

Bingo!
