For the faceless bureaucracies and lawmakers, it isn’t a big deal, but for the common citizens, it’s an endless horror show of betrayal and desperation. I’m talking about in London, Paris, Berlin, Rome and the Netherlands.
I used to dream of going back to Europe for a visit, not having done that kind of travel since I was in the military.
Now, I’m not so sure these are good places to visit, even if only briefly. Perhaps it’s better to remove that goal from my Bucket List. At least for the time being.
Italy still protects its women.
Good point. It’s the European bureaucracy that doesn’t care.
