BO is a poorly managed company. I had a professional association with these guys that showed they had no idea what they were doing, where they were going, or how they were going to get there.

Thx. They did their best work quite a long while ago, producing that methane-burning engine used in the New Shepard ‘hopper’ craft, but they never committed to making it fully operational to send tourists up to space and back until it had flown at least 15 times over a period of years. Scaling up that engine has been slow going, and it’s coming in (supposedly) years behind schedule.
Bezos built Amazon with lots and lots of other people’s money over years and years before it became profitable. He’s probably committed some of his fortune to Blue Origin (or “Sue Origin” as it’s been called), but it’s apparent that he’s managed to get funded again with other people’s money.
