If this issue gets the SCOTUS, they will deny taking it. It’s obvious that Cackles is not legally qualified to be the US president because she is clearly not a natural born citizen, a Constitutional requirement, since neither of her parents were US citizens when she was born.
The problem that would arise is the 8 years the Obozo was the POTUS because he didn’t meet the Constitutional requirements either. The SCOTUS will never touch the Cackles eligibility issue. Thank the democrats for killing the US Constitution.

Do you have a preference in crystal balls or do you just use a generic one?

A lawsuit could start out against the DNC itself for failing to properly vet a candidate.

The Constitution didn't have the votes on SCOTUS in 2008 (presumably Bryer, Ginsburg, Roberts, Souter, and Stephens against). In 2024, it may well have the votes. If Harris wins and is declared ineligible, the election may be thrown to the second highest vote-getter for President and the highest vote-getter for Vice President. Then we would end up with a Trump-Walz administration.
