I’ve researched the carnivore diet, and meat provides all the essential amino acids and vitamins the body needs. It also provides essential fats required for energy without elevating insulin levels used to burn carbohydrates like sugar. Some essential vitamins like D3 must be supplemented in climates with reduced sunlight.
What I like about eliminating grains, bread, rice, and sugar is the reduction in bloating and abdominal inflammation from microbiome fermentation.

This article is just more plant-based propaganda. Meat, eggs, raw cheese and dairy are the best sources of protein. An animal-based diet is the proper human diet.
