What if you just took a tablespoon of olive oil, daily. Would that have the same effect as the coffee olive oil?
Probably, I put it in my coffee, because that’s easier for me than just chugging it down... which I’ve tried. 🤢

I take a dose of olive oil with a high polyphenol content of 1799...very ‘peppery’ taste. I will occasionally add a dose of ‘regular’ olive oil with a lower polyphenol content to my coffee, but my ‘go to’ for coffee is generally MCT oil and ghee (bulletproof).
