When you see the average person with children, how often does ‘now there’s a person who I’d trust to teach my children’ come to mind?

Here’s the point I’m attempting to make.

I am of the opinion, and certain enough to say it’s factual, that most people are not smart or capable enough to teach their children the skills required to be successful in fields their parents themselves are not proficient, and even then it doesn’t serve the best interests of the child.
