Last weekend went to a favorite breakfast restaurant with my Mom. We were drinking our coffee and waiting for our orders to arrive when a family of four was seated next to us. Mother & father, one boy about 7-8, and a girl about 4-5. They propped a phone in front of the girl and proceeded to blare out some cartoon at high volume. It got to where my mom and I couldn’t hear each other. We had to ask the waitress to let us change tables. It was so obnoxious... and there was a father at that table! Their kids couldn’t sit there with good behavior for a few minutes without screen entertainment?
At least the two kids were sitting in their seats. Parents allow their brats throw food on the floor and run around the dining room - at least they did before covid. Probably the brats are still doing that.
