It means they want special treatment and carveouts for their lifestyle choices. Bigger airline seats. More food at restaurants. Special parking spots. Rascal scooters everywhere. Free medical care to treat fat caused diseases. And most importantly, to force society to consider their obese bodies “beautiful” because they know they are physically ugly and unhealthy.
These people are spoiled brats, no doubt about it.
