Sounds like current WV governor & now running for the Senate Jim Justice! He and his businesses were notorious for not paying the bills of subcontractors and not paying ( if they didn’t feel like it!) county & state taxes.

As of July, Bowman’s campaign reported more than $373,000 cash in the bank with debts of just over $141,000, according to his most recent Federal Election Commission filing.

So what's the problem? Oh, those incoming debts that haven't been filed yet. Jamaal might be owing some unsympathetic guys some vigorish on those...
