Eeewwww. We dumped every Democrat friend in 2020 — kicked to the curb fiercely. Relatives, too. If they hate America so much, and vote to destroy it, we hate them and want nothing to do with them.

That certainly describes many young “progressives”. But the Democrat friends I referred to earlier are older, blue dog types. They put out the flag on holidays. They believe in hard work and honest living. Some are proud military veterans.
And they also lap up everything the mainstream media tells them.
I will not demonize those people. It would serve no purpose. Instead, I will patiently wait for an opening to nudge them in the right direction.
And as I noted earlier, they might have to experience some pain for that opening to occur. Hyperinflation, out of control crime, etc.
After all, Reagan and Trump were both once Democrats. So I suppose there’s hope for my Democrat friends.
