You can be concerned about more than one thing at the same time, and have you noticed Hamas/Iran share two out of three of those things you mentioned? (i.e. anti-Christianism and anti-Americanism).
Israel is the tip of the spear. They happen to be an ally who’s on the front lines of a war against a nation and an ideology that despises America and Christians.
A "front line" holds back the hordes. A "front line" protects what's behind it.
Muslims are pouring into Europe and America. So no, Israel is not a "front line" protecting the West.
As Pat Buchanan said over 20 years ago, our support for Mideast wars will only drive more angry Muslim refugees into the West.
