Unforgiven is great movie but IMO Wales is better. Wales has a scope that is simply huge. It is a big movie in plot, physical geography and history (somewhat “enhanced” history for sure). An American epic. It was a very ambitious project and hard to pull off. Well Clint pulled it off in spades. The script is the best script of any Western by far.
The music and scenes of the opening credits of Wales is movie in itself. That alone worth the price of admission.
