The meeting between the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas, who is on a visit to this country, has started, APA reports citing TASS.
The negotiations are being held at the Kremlin head's residence in Novo-Ogaryovo.
