Was there some kind of internet attack on X-Twitter that caused the 45 minute delay and what seemed to be other interference?

I think Musk posted that there was a DDOS attack at the beginning.
I was listening on Benny Johnson’s streaming channel and was what they reported.

The EU doesn’t want Trump or Musk to give the European “subjects” any crazy ideas about individual liberty and freedom. Even speaking of that in the EU seems to be banned.

There is a YouTube channel I like, but the host often talks about disinformation and I have asked repeatedly “ who is determining what is the truth and what is disinformation?” Simply not agreeing with something does not make it false or disinformation.
