It’s performance art. It can be very strenuous, but there is no objective way to score it. You’ll score it down if you don’t like it and you might score it up if you do like it.

Bodybuilding is the same way. Bodybuilding is not a sport, imo, because there is no way to score it objectively. It’s a performance art. It takes a lot of knowledge and skill to get the maximum effort out of your reps and it’s a lot of work to get your fat down to the point where skin becomes almost translucent to show the muscle, but there is no objective way to score it.

If it can’t be objectively scored, it’s more a performance art than sport.
