Santa Cruz County(South of San Jose and San Fransicko) Sheriff hand CCW’s out like candy. San Benito, and As far as I know, Monterey Counties too. Santa Clara Sheriff are still stonewalling, but local PD’s are handing them out. Takes longer time, but unlike before, They are forced to issue.
