“Your rationale and expertise for saying”if it’s a grid pattern, it’s geo-engineering”?”

When there is moisture in the area at the right elevations, contrails spread out, when the air is dry, contrails disappear quickly.

No one has ever shown evidence of contrails “spreading” or “dropping” anything.

Correct, which is why I am asking him to explain.

Aircraft make contrails when the conditions are right at altitudes of 25 to 45,000.
Aircraft fly airways or gps direct routes. They will leave a contrail along this route.
The airmass is moving, and will displace that contrail some distance off the airway. When the next aircraft comes along that same airway it will leave another contrail, parallel to the previous wind displaced contrail..
The prevailing wind will likewise displace that contrail. A few more planes along the same airway and you end up with a bunch of parallel contrails in the sky.

If there is another airway crossing the first airway at some angle, the aircraft on that route will leave another batch of parallel contrails.
You end up with av grid of contrails in the sky.
That’s it.

Anyone who believes those “grids” are some nefarious chemical spraying conspiracy is someone who believes are dimwit like Kamala Harris can handle the nuclear codes.

The problem is that the same “experts” that tell us “nothing to see here” are the ones who lie about everything else.
