Being randomly attacked and stabbed by a complete stranger isn’t terrorizing enough to be acknowledged as a terrorist attack?
Terrorism is defined as the commission of crimes to advance a political objective. If the criminal just wants you dead, or if he wants you dead for religious reasons, or if he’s a member of a protected class and you aren’t, I guess, it isn’t terrorism.
