President Washington had one of the best responses to this nonsense way back in 1789. When his secretary came in tardy and blamed it on his faulty watch, Washington replied “either you are going to get a new watch or I’m going to get a new secretary.”
You can start work at 0700 which gives you an hour before everyone else gets here. And your supervisor is also " time blind" handicapped. Ypu all should get along well!
Everyone else will end their day around 4:30, but you will stay until 5pm. Don't fret you will be paid for 8 hours a day unless our payroll dept, developes " wage blindness" ..

People have these handicaps and you're being unreasonable not to accommodate them. After all, we did accommodate your handicap.
Could probably have a watch with both sound and vibrator alarms to keep her on track—while she learns what her parents should have taught her in first grade.
